Materials
- Paper: 70# (28# bond, 105gsm) construction paper, vellum finish. 30% post-consumer waste recycled, FSC® Mix certified.
- Cover: 100# (270gsm) construction paper. Evergreen and navy options, 30% PCW recycled material, FSC® Mix certified. Black and kraft options, 100% recycled with 30% PCW content.
- All papers are made with water-soluble dyes and are processed and elemental chlorine-free. Manufactured in the USA using hydropower.

Frequently asked questions
How do I recycle my notebook when I'm finished?
All of our notebooks, notepads, and greeting cards are curbside recyclable, you can toss the entire product directly in your home recycling bin without worry. We don't use any plastics, metals, or other materials that you might normally need to remove before recycling domestically.
What materials do you use, are they earth friendly?
We use paper, glues, and inks that are made to break down naturally and be easily recycled. Materials in our notebooks include:
- Recycled and FSC® Mix certified papers that contain at least 30% recycled content and are made in the US with hydropower.
- Biodegradable adhesives, these are water-soluble and break down naturally.
- Eco-solvent inks, made with pigments suspended in a low VOC, biodegradable, solvent.
Do you really plant a tree for every order?
Yes, we do—through One Tree Planted we have a tree planted for each online order. We also donate 5% of revenue from all wholesale orders.
